The Kira residential house renovation and remodel project is a comprehensive full turnkey construction endeavor. Our team undertook the transformation of a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residential house, creating an open-plan living area complemented by a spacious and functional compound. The scope of work included civil works and structural modifications to enhance the layout, meticulous carpentry and joinery for customized fixtures, steel and aluminum fabrication and installation for added durability and aesthetic appeal, landscaping and external works to create an inviting outdoor space, impeccable painting, tiling, and interior finishes to elevate the visual appeal, and seamless mechanical and electrical installations. Additionally, we constructed a reliable and sturdy roof to ensure long-lasting protection for the renovated house.
